🌭 Food options:

☕ Arrow Coffee – specialty coffee, teas, smoothies, dirty sodas, boba, Red Bull infusions, plus Belgian waffles and sweet or savory cinnamon roll sandwiches

🌮 Comalito Ranchero – AMAZING Mexican food! Tacos, burritos, quesadillas, horchata and more!

The main concession stand will be open as well!

👕 Retail hours: 10-4 pm Sat, 9-1:30 Sun, while supplies last. Retail is available on the USSSA app, but prices are cheaper at the tournament, and there’s a wider selection.

🥎 Game Layout

• Run Rule for ALL games: 10 after 3, 8 after 4, 6 after 5

Pool Play:

• No drop dead

• No new inning after 75 min

• Always finish the inning unless the home team is ahead or takes the lead. If the home team is winning and up to bat, finish the at bat

• If there’s time on the clock after the inning ends, we’ll play one more

• If time runs out mid-at bat and home team is up, finish the at bat

Bracket Play:

• Single elimination

• NO drop dead

• No new inning after 85 min (same run rules as pool)

• Tie = ITB with runners on 2nd and 3rd (double the spice)

• Championship – Full 7, but run rule & ITB in place

F1= Closest to the elementary school

F2= Middle field

F3= Closest to the main parking lot

F4= Down below near the trees

Permanent restrooms are between F3 & F4, portables are between F1 & F2

The GlowBall event will be happening Saturday night of the tournament at the complex! We currently have a waitlist (as of 6/3) for teams to enter in this optional additional event, but are looking at having additional games on Friday night for waitlisted teams. GlowBall is a separate event from the tournament itself. Please email Alexa at [email protected] with any questions!

💰 Cost/Payment: $600 per team (12 kids, $50 more for each additional). A link for your team to pay will be sent the week before the tournament. Paying then will officially secure your spot.

❌ Once the payment link is sent out the week prior, anyone who does not pay, will lose their spot and it will be offered to the next waitlisted team.

GlowBall is softball, and an all-new hybrid game brought to life under blacklights. Think high-energy traditional softball but with a glowing, music-filled festival like spectacle by night.

Kids light up – literally – with painted neon uniforms, glowing face paint, and neon gear they customize in the GlowZone before the blacklight countdown. Parents fill the bleachers to watch the field transform into a glowing arena, where every pitch and homerun looks like a scene from a sci-fi film.
